Actually in Japan their cable boxes or what ever do have Tv guides in them. Its called G-Guide. I was searching this topic up and found that almost all Japanese house holds have a cable set up with G-Guide in them. This G-Guide for Wii feature was created so the japanese know whats on tv with out having to turn on their tv and look. Its preety cool how the can have to guides but one being on the wii.

Just like wiiman8888 said, it is unlikely for this channel to be released outside of Japan, because if you own a/an Atlantic Broadband, DirecTV, Dish Network (IDK if it's called Dish Network), and other Digital Cable and/or Satellite TV, they have TV Guides built into the boxes, so their's a slim chance of this channel to be released outside of Japan

It's unlikely to be released outside of japan because in Eroupe, North America and other places, there are guides built into cable boxes (or whatever they're called) and the ones in japan don't.

According to Nintendo, there will not be a North American or European release. It is a Japan-only channel. sigh. If we get enough people to write to Nintendo, we might have a chance of having a release!
