However, maybe the scene just un-froze after a certain amount of time....remember in early season 1 how adult Piper couldn't figure out how to un-freeze things and they just un-froze after a short while?
maybe it's the same thing, also considering that little Prue is using her eyes to move things and that's what adult Prue did until she was able to figure out how to use her hands to move things.)
