The second and third fights took place without any blood test and Pacquiao won. And don't forget Manny cried after losing (the 1st fight) to Morales saying he lost because the blood test weakened him.

He also agreed to a blood test with Mayweather just not on the day of the fight as it weakens him. Once again...... @Sibjacj He took the blood tests within a few days before weigh in. I was a wrestler in college and had to lose 7 pounds in two days-one small meal a day and only a liter of water to keep me alive to make the weigh in. I would not want more bodily fluids taken out of me before my matches.

It is possible to for any fighter to take EPL, Testostorone etc etc upto 4 days before the first blood test and come out 100% clear. Also the test doesnt even cover all the "questionable" substances, or banned substances from other sports.

When floyd fought Shane, has history of PEDs use, USADA random blood tested floyd-Shane, but USADA HAD DISCONTINUED THE TEST 18 days before the fight! The discontinuance of the test can be interpreted as "18 days CUT OFF". What is worse, USADA had never revealed the result of that test in public! if in fact there was "GOOD FAITH"! Whereas floyd demanded from Manny (NO history of PEDs use) a random blood testing UP TO FIGHT NIGHT! Why only Manny? Why only now? What about his previous opponents?
