...its the authentic flavour that is difficult to find. As well, once we know the real cuisine we can always modify dishes to suit our taste palate. For instance, Indianized Chinese and Italian can be found everywhere, though the real flavour is rarely available.

Another request is to include more of vegetarian dishes in your show. I'm an Indian vegetarian (no eggs)

My request to you is to also include authentic dishes prepared traditionally, the way they are prepared in counties of their origin. Since you are a professionally trained chef with vast experience, you would have good knowledge about various cuisines and their authentic preparation. Fusion food is available everywhere in India and Pakistan, however...
