Oh hello! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got great Six pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.
I love your videos and they give me great insight into my workouts and future modifications. However, please change your outro or al least get right of the kissing.
It doesn't look like it's working your abs. Do you believe it could be a core routine? If not, do you have other ab videos? And what do you do for your chest.. I don't have one,
@ccarozzo75 I in fact am gay, but am also watching this for the workout...cause Davey has a kick ass body...and he didn't just poof it into existence...so YEAH I want that type of body...I'll take tips from one who has it...

when you say you should do this 100 times, do you mean 100 counts or 100 reps of the 5 in and 5 out counts?
