@matrix626 The buck stops with Obama. He ordered the seals to kill Osama bin Laden. He gave the go-ahead without informing Pakistan because someone might have tipped off bin Laden. The seals wouldn't have killed Osama bin Laden with McCain as President. McCain said in 2008 he would only work with Pakistan to get bin Laden even if Osama had someone on the inside giving him info, which some intelligence says he did. Reagan at one point had a higher unemployment rate well over 10%.
