@earthpurse69 Money is offerings from surrounding people. Offering money to someone who practices Dharma creates a great deal of positivity within the mind. Also, how much money someone has, is no indication of the motivation and mental state of that person. So, from the side of the meditator, the question about what money has to do with enlightenment is moot.

More to the point, to give what we cling to (money, for example) is disburdening ourselves of psychical obstructions so the yogi's spiritual power can enter us more easily and put us on a higher plane.
