  • I didn't know that.lol I became feel like buying Peavy amp. Blackmore is really good Amps. I like its sounds

  • Peavy is really awesome amp!!

    However I want Dizel amp.

  • @BFMV1994guitalist Peavey has a diezel model,,mesa,,krankenstien, jsx, xxx, and alot more. They all sound great!! Although I would like a Engl Blackmore ;)

  • @paraglidermx Yeah bro,,check out my other videos using the tube vypyr by peavey,,,very affordable,,not like a Blackmore LOL!! It makes this cube sound like a dying chainsaw LOL!!

  • I have same equipment. 20XL and Metal Master

  • @BFMV1994guitalist I moved up to a peavey tube 60,,,much better!!!

  • I don't get that metal Stack sound on my Cube 20 X

  • You have to turn the gain down on the modeling channel and run the pedal through clean. Distortion on distortion doesn't work. My Cube 40 sounds great with any pedal I've ever tried. Even makes a cheap Behringer TM300 scream.

  • Obviously the amp's distortion sounds better because you can't hook up an effect pedal through a effect-modelling amplifier. The sound will definitely go bad, and yes I do own a Metal Master myself and I've tried plugging it into a 20x Cube once, the sound was disastrous. If you were to try this out through a solid state amp, such as a Marshall 15fx, Fender Twin Reverb etc, you'll definitely hear the massive difference in quality. I'm using a Kustom 16w amp at home with the Metal Master.

  • @DkzNvrDsameGuy I just use a peavey tube vypyr now,,,check out my channel,,,tone kicks ass!!!

    No more solid state junk!!

  • @paraglidermx Will do man! \m/

  • @paraglidermx hey man, i just recorded myself playing using the pedal, watch?v=-GhjxcfWkz0 comments are welcomed!

  • @DkzNvrDsameGuy Not true. I own a Cube 40. All you have to do is roll back the gain and the pedal works fine. As a bonus, depending on the channel, I can get 9 different distortions from the same pedal.

  • @onlyprnasneeded that's new to me. but wouldn't the sound quality be affected, compared to solid-state amps?

  • @DkzNvrDsameGuy The true sound of the pedal will come out and then EQ to your liking. I personally prefer to a the pedal on the JC clean channel. The only other problem I run into is that some of my guitars have high output pickups and they tend overpower some pedals. I have to roll back the volume on the guitar. It's a constant battle finding good tones these days.

  • @onlyprnasneeded Hmm i'll try this out again soon and see how it sounds like.. but how does the distortion sound like on a distorted channel? it sounds bad on a solid-state, what more on a modelling amp?

  • its cool to see the pedal used with a pedal im gonna get one and use my mt2 boss metal pedal with it

  • Both sound terrible, ugh

  • metal/rfier stack ftw. check out my modded cube 30 vid

  • You need to eQ the pedal and the amp for when you use just the pedal.. other wise its not a fair comparison..

  • cube sounds better

  • is it a right choice to buy this amp?????!i dont have opinion but they told me its great!!!!!!!

  • @STRO4EVER Well..they are going to tell u every amp is great and thats not true....this is a good little practice amp, however Im running it through a 2x12 cab and it sounds darngood.check out my latest vid(holy Diver)on my channel...thats w/ the pedal cab/sim output. The other amp to look at would be spyder3 line6 15 watt.its a great amp also.I will do a vid comparing both roland 20 and spyder3 coming soon.Hope that helps!!

  • HI! My Jeserty6 is not suspended anymore!

  • Cool man send an invite if u have too;-)

  • Hi! I'm jeserty6 and I just got suspended a day or two ago.

  • I used to have a 30x which I liked, but had to sell it last year. This week a friend sold me his 20x used less than 5 hours for way less than 1/2 price, and I think I like it better. The rectifier and marshall stack simulations have been done to death. I like having the boss pedals built in better. BTW, your playing is great!

  • I have the 20x and I love it. I think the metal stack on the cube sound better, more ballsy. The digitec sounds too bright and raspy to me.

  • Yup.ur right,if u plug from sim/cab out its a lot smoother, this pedal is like a one trick pony,Im looking forward to my bugera 6262.I have a custom 2x12 cab,w/eminence governors in it ...He he.

  • @spyroman47 If u dial the highs down lows up and mids up...it sound a bit thicker....but it sounds the best coming out of sim/cab output, check out my other vid. Also check out mt latest Dio Holy Diver vid roland 20x through 2x12 cab haha.

  • You sounds really professional. What is the song name you play at the beginning? Where can I thing tabs for it? or maybe thats blues improvisation? Thanks in advance for your respond. BR

  • Its just a little blues riff in A} then it goes to E}.Thanks for the kind words:}

  • I would like to get a Blackstar HT-5,I`ll send you a vid,all tube 5watts as loud as a 30 watt w/the tube feel plus you can dial from marshall british to boogie american and everything in between.I bet a pedal would sound nice in front of it!!

  • Nice video!

  • Glad u liked it.

  • The petal has fuzzy sound... while the roland has a clearer distortion. Maybe I'll trade in my Ibanez IBZ10G one day for this amp. I've tried one in a music shop with a Kramer guitar, and it sounded great!

  • Well first of all, you play really good. I like your playing, I've been playing since Jan 09, can play power chords & basic chords. Not satisfied with my Peavey, Vypyr15 or prolly I dont know it fully how to operate. After using distortion pedal on Cube20X which I wanna buy, I noticed that pitched got higher & sound got more clear & squeaky, like without pedal sound is like compressed after pedal, it gets filtered out cleared up& get more audible, clearer. That's what I noticed. I can be wrong.

  • vypyr worst amp i ever played. almost bought b4 hearing it. hard as fuk controls shit mud distortion, heavy, still happy with my ibanez tbx30r 30 watt amp. still gonna buy this 1
