They need to bring both bands together. Get rid of the World Championship, and have a WWE World Championship. Intercontinental Championship, US Champion, European Champion, WWE World Tag Team Champions, Hardcore Champion... Make it violent again, with adult humour and sell it with sex and violence, like the Attitude Era. Kids will still be into it. I was 11 when I started watching Wrestling in 1999 during the Attitude Era and I loved it!
@pryceman0908 I agree with most of the belts you mentioned. Take away the European Title for the Cruiserweight Title, so the smaller guys can have something to fight for. The U.S. Title would be used as a lower mid card belt, so the Euro Title would be pointless. Replace the Hardcore Title with the Women's Title, because the famales need something to shoot for. The Hardcore title was a joke of a championship, no need for it. Sex doesn't belong in wrestling and its always been violent.

Austin, Rhodes, Race, Funk, Flair, Steamboat, Snuka, Valentine, Piper, McDaniels, and many more legends all held the US Title in the past.

@SACZ1000 bottom line was, from smart fans point of views wm9 was arguably wwe's worst ever booking decision regarding the main event situation, for over a year between the reigns of flair, savage, and bret hart, there had been consistantly good matches, at wm 9 they doomed the wwe to a year of bad matches, they had hart loose to yokozuna, only to have yokozuna immediately challenge hulk hogan and loose the title.

I remember when Cena held the title for over a year.
When he first won it from Edge I was like "Oh great, this bitch, who already introduced the new fake looking bullshit WWE Championship will have it for a few more months.." but after six months I was like "Oh my GOOOOOD(Joey Styles voice)" and at the 8 month mark I stopped watching WWE until he lost it.
