Reminds me of the dinner at Diana in Bologna. It was where I had my first authentic Bolognese. It was so good, I got Angela to make it here, and now it is my favorite. It is difficult to get good Bolognese back here, as everyone take short cuts. It is time consuming to make, but the results are worth it. Just look at Fred's smile!!!
lol well first he looked a bit trepadatious ( is that a word ) but now i feel hungry , now its the local take away here since i reduce everything to charcoal , oh well i keep saying its good for the system thankyou there goes the diet lol
that ragù looks good, but you should mix it with penne before eating!
