three things saved Michael here, the CoT the SAFER barrier and his HANS. The CoT is shit for racing but thats due to the aero package and with a few fixes the racing can improve. Also get rid of the two car drafts

even with all the saftey stuff, hes still very lucky he didnt die. a stray piece of debris couldve went through his helmet, or could have gotten hit by a tire. its safe, but not death-proof. we kinda forgot that in the 90s a little and then Earnhardt bought the farm.
