Good one, took me a few tries. I started by realizing that the 9 had to be combined with 6, which could only be made with 5+1 and 2+4, since there is only one 3, and using the 6 would be fifteen without the third number.
You could also rotate thator flip it and it would still work, and I think there may be another way but I won't be arsed to find it.
