The congressman should have to resign for that. That was uglier than a lot of the politically incorrect things that have been said in recent years that led to resignations. He can certainly ask who the interviewers are, but he can't grab people like that. What a turd.

If that was a Republican that would have been all over the national news and he would already have been forced out.

The thing that upsets me the most about this video is that the 2 college students are not being smart asses. They politely say hi to him and address him as "congressman". They ask him how he is and then ask a ligitamate polotical question to an elected official. His first response is to swat at the kid and grag him. Even if they were 2 sarcastic kids trying to get a rise out of him (which is obviously not the case), his actions are wrong...."Bad Day" or not.

whether the kid put a mic in his face or not the congressman has no right to touch him. Seriously... this isn't a video game or reality tv or a trashy Jerry Springer episode. If you really think it is OK to grab, push, hit, or even touch another person in a threatening way then you don't know right from wrong. This is clearly assault not self defense. All he has to do is walk away. I wonder if he will be charged with physical assault. He should.
