I loved this video very much,Audrey Hepburn what a great lady she was thanks for the location of the monument in New York!! your friend Diana in Toronto,Ontario.,Canada.
Great video. I stumbled upon this after a friend posted a link to your site. In the world of YouTube, holding my attention for 10 minutes is a real accomplishment!
Great video, and I agree with JazzFiveO that the city doesn't seem too accessible to people in wheelchairs. I admire your courage and attitude. I also really like the tour of the city.
What a great trip.. well, maybe not "great".. maybe frustrating. amusing, clever, and eyeopening. That's NYC for you. Many thanks for the laughs and the chance to see things from where you roll.
I have an electric airhorn (trucks use 'em) mounted on my wheelchair. It's very effective on ignorant people who are oblivious to my polite "excuse me" requests while they continue to block sidewalks and Skytrains in Vancouver. Saved my life, too, ...Semi-trailer truck drivers tried to run me down a few times.
You are so pleasant, so fun, so cool and so nice!! I love your videos and I love to see how good you are going around the city...New York city is not that great with curb cuts...I live in Connecticut and every time I come to the city, I check things out, even if I am not in wheelchair and I did notice that they are missing in many places...you are great anyway and I like riding with you on your videos!
I just took my first ride with you, and will definitely be hitching another. Everyone should be required to see this. Just as people don't fully understand the experience of others until they walk in their shoes, this has been quite an enlightening perspective of your journey. I'm truly thankful. Keep on trucking.
thanx, just thought i'll mention, did did u see Dr Zamboni's smile last week on the live web forum when they mentioned your name before your question.. amazing.. :0)
Marc, I am getting a bit paranoid about those (dead meat heads) that stand rifht in the middle of the sidewalk or by a block cut. I really giveto them, the one i just detest with a passion ARE THE WALKING TEXTERS! have you found them?
Hug brother, a little of pissed off about all the above.
WONDERFUL! How true and frustrating is to see multi-billion dlls. building with all the "extras" BUT NO CURb CUTS the message is clear WE DO NOT WANT CRIPS!
Loved it! Great video and very TRUTHFUL AND DOWN TO THE REALITY WE FACE EVERY DAY.

Fantastic! Brilliant editing and uplifting commentary as usual. I love the way in which you make your point with exactly the right attitude. I could not believe that statue though! What on earth were the designers thinking of? Thank you so much for sharing this part of your life. You are just what the world needs....(I too have MS + use a wheelchair, but my love is exploring third world countries).
I did not know that New York was so unaccessible for wheelchair users. I hardly ever see streets with no curb cuts here in Chicago.

I so know the feeling about getting past pedestrians. I am in Chicago.
