Actually it's rated Teen (because of animated blood and cartoon violence), but the "17+ and up" are just the recommended age. I guess that's the target group for this game.

you can get old games to run on vista dude. try right clicking on the icon, going run as administrator, and changing the OS in the options to an older system like Windows 98 or 95. its how i got Grim fandango to run properly.
