Cool doc about skate scene adapting to the urban decay of 70s - 90s New York. City as skate park - from bowls & ramps in the bronx, into gritty, improvisational, freestyle street skating. Shut, Zoo York, "Kids." Then after Giuliani, skating goes mainstream, "the city" cleans up, and the real skaters hit the boroughs again.

All that with a GREAT funk/punk/jazz/hip hop soundtrack.
