I did a very similar look with blue before, but I used shroom underneath my bottom lashes (all the way across), with white eyeliner. Mascara is very important on the bottom lashes for this or else you'll look like you died yesterday... Still pretty, just awkward.

Underneath my eyeliner wing I made a thin line of glitter.
