  • this is for lazy people -.-

  • @TheBlastaway Or for people who has worked out for years but never get rid of the bun on the belly..?

  • @graleh That doesnt make sense! if you workout hard enough, you'll lose the belly.

  • @TheBlastaway Nopes, it does not go away. Before, I worked out every second day for two years and I never got rid of it. When I talked to my personal trainer and a doctor, both said that this could be so deep fat so it might never go away, if I don't starve myself almost to death. And that's not cool..

I have always had this little bun on my belly, ever since I was a kid. So I guess it's there always if I don't get it away in an unnatural way.

  • @graleh I hear you man.I work out like crazy--it became part of my life.I do sit ups with weight that people use for bench press:).But I still have those handles.I think about trying lipo.I hope it works for people with little fat (but on most unwanted place :) )

  • man all you need is diet an exercise all they want to do is to sell you a dream like everyone wants to be that thin I have thick thighs that have a little fat and i am starting my exercising routine to tone up what I have some people may prefer that method to them that don't like to work or burn off the fat but not everyone is willing to go through that 20 minutes of process for what you say for each area that needs to have fat drainage. um how can you say that treatment will cause cancer later

  • diet and exercise?
