I'm a wiccan and though I would like to believe all the mysterious creatures on monsterquest are real..they arent. Mothman is an owl- its just wishful thinking. Although I have no problem with peoples beliefs, there comes a moment when things like perception a schotoma have to be looked at to determine what is affecting what you see. If you think a house is haunted, it will be. if you think theres a monster in your back garden then every rustle and noise will be that monster.

if i had the privelage to see it again, i would walk up to it and say hi. i would state that im a friend and i wont hurt it. you see, these creatures dont just appear for no reason, theres a reason. why,....we will never truly know. but i think we are misunderstanding their purpose. unless theyre coming after you and are trying to kill you, i wouldnt be afraid. im not. you shouldnt. but still, the "mothman" is still a magnificent being and should be left alone.

especially in an area where no such creatures exist there and never would. it was about the size of a 8or 9year old child. huge black eyes, huge mouth with a smile, human like hands with chimpanzee like feet that were also hands...kinda. it was looking right at me and i freaked out a little and looked down at the ground. when i looked back up, it was gone. wiccans say it could be a positive spirit and i would sense if it were evil. but it definitely was real.

Hell yeah! I really like the Mothman. I am lucky to find a whole documentary about it. In 3:24 Mothman was described as being part human part bat. I like to imagine about it. I assumed it would literaly be part man and part moth. Then it could have, large round eyes, huge feathery antenae, a very fluffy body and four wings. My imagination ran wild. It was the first inspiration that started my work of Fluff Buggies.

i think the original sightings were true due to the large amount of sighting over 13 month these beings have been seen all over the world throughout the ages.their bat like and seem to appear around earth quacks this is probably because they live under ground in vast uncharted cave systems like bats. all these flying creature that people report seeing are probably the same creature and because they live under ground have survived our modern times with little contact with humans

I seen something bird like one time that scared me to death. I remember it's legs being extremelly round and hairy. Almost like big beach balls. hair only on the legs and no where else.Going up it's body was slim all the way to the top. It had no face to speak of. I remeber the top of it's head had like a split going downward. I guess you could say it's the closes thing to a mouth. I remeber it spit up like this white foam. The thing must have been 6 foot. I don't know what it would be called.

Well,Monster Quest is a really interesting show! Many people complain that these researchers never really find anything. But what if some things are just not meant to be found? I mean, lets face it. This is a SHOW! If they really have proof about the existance of any of these creatures, would they just reveal it to the public eye? Many people are afraid of what they can't explain. It would causee the fear of humankind and the inevitable extinction of any new found species!

7ft tall, 250lbs, wingspan 12ft........ Well, if anyone has noticed, hanggliders have a wingspan 16 ft or so, that's what's needed to carry that much weight. That's only to glide down to earth, to fly would take an engine, 20 or 30 HP at the least. So the numbers don't add up in this case.

According to Loren Coleman, in 67' a group of 4 hunters walked up on the mothman in the woods yet all 4 men (armed with shot guns) said they were too afraid to shoot at him. Mrs. Bennet literaly walked up on him while holding her daughter. Yet he did nothing. He never displayed interest in humans he just like chasing cars...
