awful performace, Sweden had a better "Sleeping" song than this so they should have gotten trough instead of this.

And I was so sad that Slovenia didnt get to the finals, loved that song.

i think this year bigger problem, its to much dancing and staging that distracts us form the beauty of the songs... did u guys noticed the simpler acts are the best this year??? (israel, belgium, sweden, portugal, ireland)???? i thing the charm and the glamour is back to Eurovision!!!

The performance was alot better than I remembered last night......I think I was nervous so I was picking up on all the bad things. I think it was just a bit at the start and the end note that was a bit iffy. But overall she did us proud! :D

Niamh, u go girl, You've still got it, you look fabulous and you are clearly the only serious entry Ireland has had in the eurovision since you won in 1993 so bring the title home again girl......what a pro. @TheSuperSexay Sorry I didn't like his performance at all, I think he just sings a song where Niamh can really deliver a song with emotion. Have you heard her sing Soul? she sang a couple of tracks for the movie The Commitments. She sang "Do right woman do right man".....Amazing. Niamh doesn't get the recognition she deserves.

this was the performance of a lifetime--I thought she was a bit nervous at the start, but crikey, it was real goosebumps , hairs standing up on the back of my neck , tears in my eyes stuff when she got going.And I didn't even think that much of the song before the contest---she gave it everything , she gave it soul, she gave her all.

Something had to be wrong with the sound, because it's clear she couldnt hear herself through the earpiece and in the end due to that she missed the note. I am so angry at the grew responsible for that. In the first semi there was someone walking on the cables and messing with the screen, now this.
