does the floyd rose set up make it go out of tune often when u use the wammy bar, and how close are the strings to the fretboard? also, does that guitar sell in the U.S.?

The guitar has special mechanics, the guitar never goes out of tune , the guitar is made in the US in San Luis Obispo California, it's a musicman JP.
