there are no contradictions in what they are saying. we don`t need fossils to prove evolution (they don`t even matter - because we can prove it better even without them) but we have them and they support the theory and we can use them if we want to.

Evolution is as much a fact as continental drift, the earth being spherical not flat, and the sun being the centre of the solar system. All these facts were at some stage thought 'crazy theories', and refuted by the church. Microevolution is proven, and therefore macroevolution follows - it's just a matter of time scale!

in fairy tales, things magically poof into existence. no where in fairy tales does it mention genes being passed genetically through offspring being altered by natural selection and mutations. yes, i believe that this all came to be by an accident because that's what science points too.

Rock? Uhh..No. Where the hell are you getting that from? It's called Abiogenesis. Maybe you should do some research. Evolution does not have anything to do with the Big bang or the orgin of life. It is about the DIVERSITY of life and if you deny evolution you deny genetis and all of modern biology because that is the foundation of modern biology.

Of course it has nothing to do with luck... genetic mutations are luck (or do you deny the existance of those too?). My suggestion? Try some scientific reading- I'd recommend Richard Dawkins. He's a little hardcore in his atheism, but I think his explenations for evolution are rather solid.

What facts are you talking about seriously. No one truly believes in evolution. They just have a moral problem with the Lord God. People don't want the Lord to exist because they want to live according to their own will. Whether or not you believe in Jesus Christ who is God Almighty, you will give an account on that day. Is it more logical to believe that all that exists came from nothing or that the Lord made all that is. Non living matter CANNOT i repeat cannot create a living thing.

I believe the Lord God and not man. If you look at the genealogy of the bible, the world is about 6,000 yrs old. The Lord God made the heaven and the earth in 6 literal days so the universe is about 6,000 yrs old. Men lie and can't be trusted, the same cannot be said of God.

I thought our universe is estimated at around 4.6 bil. years old? humans date back 10,000 years to the sumerian culture.. these humans have their own great flood story like in the bible, they had cities, tools, money, written language, mathematics, philosophy and so on. These sumerians date back farther than christian belief and to say the least, were more advanced for it to be a fluke of evolution. GOD had his hand in this and that the bible lies of earths age to cover up its history.

you missed the point. light is not instantaneous. it takes a certain amount of time to reach out eyes. when something is millions of lightyears away from us, that means we are seeing it as it was millions of years ago. that means there was something there before 6000 years ago.
