Try setting up video cam behind you to see how smooth you can pedal without rocking from side to side when sitting in saddle. A useful reference point is to have a plumbline dropped from front of knee cap and that should be roughly over pedal spindle when cranks are horizontal.
I think you need to look at your bike fit a bit closer. It s hard to judge from a video but it looks like you are too far forward on your saddle and possibly rock a lot side to side across the top of the saddle. That may mean that the seat is slightly too high.
Clearly even though I have strong legs I am still limited by muscles rather than cardiovascular, and it obviously seems more efficient for me to utilise more muscles at a lower cadence. I tried spinning at 90rpm for the hour at 165 watts, although I may have been less fit then and also not giving it my all. I was still sweating quite a bit though.
I seem to be able to maintain power significantly better on a full body bike. I was on a Scifit Pro II and put out 275 watts for an entire hour at a cadence of just 70 rpm, my arms cranking along with the legs, arms leading by 90 degrees. I tried the same power taking my arms off the top cranks and my quadriceps started to ache a bit after a while.
