Pinching up the back of the tongue for a palatar rasp works for some impressions, but not others. You need to get the Gollum and the whisper breaks out of a lot of these. But great job in general.

Some of the impressions are freakishly realistic, and I think people don't realize that he's not doing the same old Chris Walken or Jack Nicholson we've heard from other comedians and voice actors... he's doing funny, but almost unexaggerated impressions of people. Like, how they actually DO sound.

Two things to remember about Michael Caine's accent:

1/ The Cockney glottal stop whereby words

like 'bottle' are pronounced as 'bo'il' ie there is a glottal stop between the initial 'bo'' and the the 'medial 'tt''. Notice also that the 'tt's' in bottle are silent.

2/ Cockneys do not pronounce the 'l's' in words like ' Paul' They say 'Pau'. Football is 'Foo'ba (Foobaw).

The letters 'th' are pronounced as 'f' [Sometimes as 'v'].
