this was the first "old" movie I watched and I was so overwhelmed by how much truth and emotion it had! How sad that this beautiful film has actually produced hatred from the idiots on this planet. I first saw this film in Nice, whilst working as an English teacher there...it has become my fave film. Katherine Hepburn was suffering from Parkinson's during it as is obvious watching the film. Spencer Tracy was suffering from the horrid Alzheimer's and was forgetting his lines but made a massive effort to do the film. Shame on anyone who finds the film offensive.
