when your shoes crack all you have to do is re-paint them. once that paint cracks strip all the paint off with acetone and get sum leather paint and re-paint em. it'll cost you 30 bucks and a about 3 hours out of your day. on tops of that if you paint it with about 3-4 coats they won't ever chip. just a suggestion that'll keep your kicks fresh for years.
