  • Wow! My new favorite channel on Youtube!!! Awesome!

  • @AntJustAnt Great to know :)

  • Can you use brown rice flour instead of all-purpose (or whole wheat flour)?

This way the recipe can be both yeast free and gluten free.

  • @sweetspotable Oh yeah for sure )

  • hi there.. can i set the dough to stay for a night? is it possible?

  • @stS3S Oh absolutely, you can set the dough to stay for night and once the dough is ready and you've made kulchas, you can leave rest of the dough in the fridge for use later (use within 1-2 days)

  • its not soft

  • @jamana85 oh it is..infact a bit softer than kulchas coz these are thinner than the ones you get in market. Try it, you'll like it!

  • This is great, Kulchas sit so much easier on the stomach than paranthas or naan which are much heavier!

  • @Nx2mars Yeah, you are right : ) These are so easy to make too unlike commerical ones, you know what you are eating!

  • The recipee that you have shown is basically the same as making chapattis ..instead of yogurt and baking soda, add water. I was wondering if you could show how to make stuffed paranthas..for some reason, when i make them,, stuffing gets out and everything is ruined and then I end up eating something else. Thank you!!

  • @vermani3 No problem. I have posted recipe for aloo paratha, mooli paratha and gobi ones. Have a look and let me know what you think :)

  • Thanks for kulcha recipie, please tell me what is difference between kulcha and naan?

  • @pammi196201 Well in Kulcha you can skip yeast and egg and you dont have to let the dough stand for 4 hours like in Naan..Kulcha's basic principle is combining baking soda with some acidic like yogurt..Naan's principle is just like bread, letting doughr ise and baking it in the oven at highest temp..b/c both use all purpose flour, taste is simmilar.i like making them at home coz commerical ones have so many extra chemicals.

  • great video! but i'm going to skip this b/c i always fail at making any type of doug/bread...lol

  • @blackcici This isn't too difficult but I've got tons of other recipes..Hope you'll find one that you like. What do you like cooking though?

  • @eateastIndian haha, I don't know what it is, I just can't make any bread, it doesn't matter how simple the recipes calls...0..0 I like to cook any dish that doesn't involve making a dough :)

  • @MyVoicenotSilenced Thanks a lot!

  • Using yogurt as the acid for the baking soda.....I would have never thought of that, and you have the benefit of the enzymes. 8-)

  • @WambliPeta Oh absolutely..:) Thanks for taking time to comment!
