The first thing you need to work on is your breathing technique. It's hard to pinpoint what exactly is wrong with your breathing technique without seeing you, but a good rule of thumb is to make sure your shoulders don't raise up and your midsection expands all around, not just out the front. Also, make sure your soft pallete in your mouth is raised up, and don't be afraid to let the sound resonate in your nasal cavity a bit (maybe 10%), as it helps create a richer sound that carries further.
