  • why doesn't kaesar leave a skull behind?

  • damn you curiosity

  • Wow, I remember playing this game as a little kid. Those deaths scared me shitless and gave me nightmares that left me unable to sleep properly for days. This sure was a fun game though, its a shame my computer can't run this, I really miss playing it.

  • The only game where the incentive to survive isn't to win, but to make sure you never see these death scenes

  • the mentor death was a bit excessive :P

  • Damn, makes me glad I never let Mentor die in my game.

  • MENTOR'S DEATH I STHE BEST!!

  • Nightmare fuel...This is why i always try to ensure they DON'T DIE

  • Damn, no wonder they killing humans in Tribes 2...

  • what the fuck Mentor must have been a blood squirting machine.

  • Complicated game. Too complicated for a 90s kid like me.

I did love it though. Even though the death animations pretty much horrified me.

  • why do they all decay??

  • @loolollol They were artificial life forms, the corporations designed them to be unstable so they could be manufactured easily... and recycled. If they die, they break down into the protoplasm they were created from, with only their bones remaining.

  • I used to play this game a lot before my computer stopped letting the game work. The cds are in excellent condition (I take good care of my games). I was wondering how you got the game to work on a newer system. Any help would be awesome.

  • I used to be too scared to play this game sometimes when I was little. Now I know why...

  • Yeh first Mentor springs a leak then he goes downstairs and takes out his aggression on a whole box of fancy ketchup packets.

  • awesome, I only got about 50% done with this game so some of those bioderms I never saw.

But yes, this was great fun and stress.

  • The horror... the BioDerm horror...

  • the brain was in blender or wat????

  • @Radico003 Probably some kind of overkill self-destruct.

  • The demo of this game came with Caesar II. I remember trying it out when I was a kid, jacking them up with stimpacks and then being horrified at the consequences.

  • "Mentor"'s death was drawn out to the point of hilarity. Everyone else I will see in my nightmares.

  • this game gave me terrifying nightmares as a child. But i love mech games so i could never put it down!

  • is this all of the deaths? I thought I remembered some even worse ones with blood jetting out of faces or something. apparently I wasn't the only one who played this too young and got creeped the fuck out

  • no, they arent :( i discovered later, that i can have up to 25 hercs (after this video was posted - and i stil dont know what's the max herc limit). I dont know about that blood thing..and..im not sure if i want to :$

and it's nice to see, that i'm not the only one to have memories of this XD

  • The maximum number of hercs is 28, when you reach the "Herc Commander rank"

  • thanks ::)

  • @F3nyx I got scared the fuck out in like the second mission, put the game away, uninstalled it and left it in the shelf for years. It made me crap my pants.

  • How the hell is that much blood in one brain?

  • Hey its not as gross as I remember. But I'm still glad the death sequences were omitted in Cyberstorm 2

  • Well, atleast the full screen deaths :P

  • Yeah the death sequences were disturbing. I'd never "recycle" a bioderm because it was just so inhumane.

  • oooo spomini
