Um, it's not really about a "strong, empowered woman" who's in complete control. It's boiling a woman down to just being a crotch. I too will avoid Summer's Eve products - and not just because of this ridiculously offensive add. Everything from the website to the new logo is just disgusting, suggesting that all women are good for is what we have between our legs.

It's hilarious because I had no idea what was being advertised until the end of the commerical and, like it or not, everything that was said was true. I hope that someone was taking notes during the meetings that inspired this series of ads. This is going to go down as one of the biggest advertising disasters in history. It's a shame that modernity has dispensed with the need for your "brand." The product ITSELF is offensive. I liked the commercial mostly..the only thing is at the end the statement "C'mon ladies show it a little love" insinuates that women aren't already hygiene conscious! I believe as long as you empower women with choice and maybe show how other products are not as effective as yours would be more powerful.
