@kyfriends You've obviously never used one. Flash content such as games don't work well with touch screens anyway. My Evo has flash and it sucks honestly. I turned it off because it just made pages take longer to load and drained the battery quicker. Also, banner ads are annoying.

@duganator100 Reading on an LCD is really bad. Not painfull but it gives you tears after a couple of hours of reading... Have you tried it? Cause I had, and the problem with the LCD is due to reduced screen brightnes, picture sharpness... A crt monitor isn't better... the point is... if you want to read it's better to take that book, or text print it out and read it that way. For eg try learnin' for exams reading the course from your monitor...

Sure, it has its downsides, but what it does do, it does really well. The device has an outstanding build quality, the iPhone OS is simple, easy to use/learn, and is very touch-friendly, and Apple's multitouch technology can't be beat. The display is great quality, and all of its apps are superb. Safari is fast and the touch screen makes it a pleasure to navigate, the email client is great for personal email use, and the large keyboard is actually very nice to type on with the device propped up.
