This is beastly bad. Helicopters hovering is not unusual or interesting - although I have the absolutely highest opinion of Coast Guard pilots and personnel in general. The final third or more about righting a seaworthy rescue raft in a pool is extremely bland. Imagine someone tried to somehow blend these two in one video, needs to go back for a refilming, or go away, far away.
