Don't worry she's coming back as Batgirl in September. DC decided Barbara will be able to walk again so Stephanie Brown is quiting as Batgirl and Barbara's batgirl again! Yay!! :D

No, I don't think so. She will be completely cured. Fans of Oracle however,do not seem very pleased about that. There's a lot of arguing right now on whether it works for the series to have Barbara back as batgirl or not, since she's been in a wheelchair the last 20 years. The older fans seem to be excited about it, but others- most attached to Cassandra Cain and Stephanie Brown- don't agree on this comeback. Personally I'm gonna wait to see it published first and then decide :)

Uh, Stephanie Brown was Spoiler, not Batgirl, and she died. The latest Batgirl was Cassandra Cain, wasn't it? I've got the ultimate guide, so I think I know. But mabye Stephenie Brown came back in recent comics. I don't know, I don't really read them.

Stephanie Brown did not die. She came back as spoiler but when Bruce died Cassandra quit. She gave her costume to Stephanie, who started fighting as Batgirl. Barbara was one of the first ones to support her as batgirl. She even gave her a new costume. It's Batgirl vol3. But now, Barbara is going to be cured and returns as Batgirl, in September. :)
