First Load Day? Wow! Blood sugar 266! LOL. BMI, Mine is STILL huge, although much less than the 50.2! I started at. Why did you have to say GRITS? aahh... darn it! Grits again! Ok you! Love those Continental breakfast! Girl you know how to load! That Clock sounds GREAT! That face is amazing! LOL. Sugar sounds pretty good, wow. You have to urinate all the time to this day! No dialosys for you girl, YOU ROCK! You have changed your life, & I'm so proud of you! The emotions are a big part, I know
Mumzee, did you go off your meds for loading ? I am type 2 but I still took my januvia this morning for first day of loading. I think I will stop the meds during VLCD when I see really low numbers.
@frodosdojo As you watch the journey unfold, you will see I never made it to "normal" range until LATE into my releases. It will vary depending on the person's weight... Bloodsugar levels... medication... reactions to the hCG and protocol.... etc.
It drudges up things I haven't thought of in some time. Strange how body image can rule our mind. I wish what I perceived on the outside was what I felt on the inside. What I see in the mirror is not who I see in the videos and this scares me!!!
