With this comp while playing unholy: target a dps, start stacking necros, get uberghoul up, smoke bomb, strang heals near end of smoke bomb and send ghoul off to stun, before stun ends charge your ghoul, DG the inevitable attempt to bomb heal by healer and have rogue gouge. This will put over 20 seconds of down time on a healer.
