@tyloco12 No subi el video pero te respondere, ya he instalado antes este pack que hace que el Windows XP parezca Vista, no es exactamente igual, por ejemplo si abres las carpetas Mi PC/Mis documentos/Mis imagenes/Mi musica seguira siendo la interfaz visual Luna de XP, solamente ''adaptada'' a la forma de Aero de Vista, pero no sera la original, asi que el pack no es tan parecido, y si lo desinstalas todavia quedaran algunas cosas asi que no lo recomiendo mucho.

Remove the mcafee. Mcafee is a problem. After Mcafee sold out to CA they fired all the engineers. AVG is A antivirus that works.

I would not use Mcafee on my computers.

AVG even supports Linux database servers.

The first time it loads it takes awhile to go through all of its changes, it should come up right away for you now.

Most of my desktop background was black, it took forever to open the simplest files, and if you tried to change stuff, it crashed. Luckily though, I was able to change the background back, and everything stopped screwing up, and then the sidebar just popped up. Do you have an explanation for what happened?

Go to start menu, Run, Type in msconfig, click on the startup tab and turn off all the entries that deal with the transformation pack, one is sidebar and vio something, etc... you can safely turn off everything in the startup menu, restart your pc and see if it goes away. Let me know

Okay. I screwed up big time. I installed it, but some of the steps of installing it weren't mentioned, such as classic instead of express. I got the transformation, but I didn't get the sidebar on tht right. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but not everything uninstalled, so now I'm stuck.

Whoops, forgot to finish. It won't let me uninstall everything, I can't find the files that wouldn't uninstall, and the options that should come up when I try to reinstall don't come up; it just shows installing progress. I really don't know what to do.

You have to delete a file for it to give you all the options again. it should be in the same folder as the vista transformation pack install file. it is called "vtp.sif" Delete this file.
