i know this video is like 2 years old, but I HAD to comment lol its funny you say NEVER fill in your eye brows with black. im new at makeup lol one day i filled my eyebrows in with a stencil in black LOL and it looked so funny and I could not figure out why for the life of me...now I know why..smh!

This is beautiful, although I think it might be more suited to older Egyptian queens as Cleopatra was Greek. Her family had ruled as if they were Egyptian but there likely would have been alot of Greek and Roman influence in the way she looked.

i think wat would have been cool is if you used the black as a contour for your lips (meaning the gold would be a highlight or the center of your lips and the black on the corners of your lips and the entire lip still lined as well). some one try it out if you like the idea and send me the link :) just an idea

the funny thing is that traditional makeup back then would have been kohl smudged all over the eyes (smokey style) with poisonous herbs put in the eyes to dialate them and the lips to redden them. woohoo history channel!
