I can play that fast too, but I can't seem to play at that speed constantly. My right hand would suddenly run out of energy or something. can someone offer me any advice?
@Jones3039 same here, the best way for me has been to practice it both very fast AND very slow. It seems that your hands need time to find the most comfortable position to be in. What also helps is to play slowly, and while doing so, to try different wrist positions, and alternatively try a firm and a loose wrist. And don't forget to play with your arms, too! Then do the same thing playing faster. You have to actively prevent your wrist from becoming too stiff. Tell it to stay supple.
