How do you know when an instrument is earned and how do you activate it?

Is there a limit to the amount of instruments you can have?

@YalkOne You know when an instrument is earned because it lights up. There's no way to activate them unless you have them all, whereupon you launch the pinball into the scoop to start 'Monsters of Rock' multiball.

Also, they're only limited to the amount there is, so you can have one of all six instruments.

@Notebooked You can actually collect more then one of each instrument. You get a bonus for having multiples of instruments when "Monsters of Rock" is activated.

It's amazing how cheap really some of the things are in these pinball games, but holy cow do I enjoy them. Having a plastic figure that moves back and forth in a pinball game is awesome. You could go Toys R Us, and buy them for $10, but it's just not the same.

I have the Monster Bash (this), Scared Stiff, Twilight Zone, Attack From Mars, Indiana Jones, and Addams Family machines. This is my favorite (or a tie between this and attack from mars).
