I use to live in N.C. Where it was legal. But now live in arizona and i see bikes with it on and even asked a few cops, But even they don't know.

I herd u can have them ON while parked but NOT ON WHILE DRIVING .. I still c a few ppl driving with them on and I live in LA so idk ??

Green and blue are my favorite! Only problem is....the cops.... Underglow should be legal. I mean emergency lights are brighter, located above the car and the vehicles have sirens. Who could mistake someone with underglow for a cop or an emergency vehicle???? ITs dumb. All color LED should be legal especiialy on the road
