Hola Professor Jason, Thank you for all of your videos. I'm trying to test out of high school spanish 2 part A and part B. I was goign through the book and i saw that numbers change genders and match the nouns they go with. I saw that that is not in your video, do you have that in another place hiding somewhere or do you not teach it or do you not think that the book is right
most of yr vids are well structured but this one has too much info for one lesson. break it down into smaller chunks and do more extension and revision to allow for learning time. normally yr detailed and clear. value yr vids.
Hey you know how he says you pronounce some of the words with a 's' sound at the end? You don't That's like in English going ones twos threes so on :) Otherwise this is pretty good./
Or

Dear Prof, I really appreciate you so much. I am taking Spanish class in Korea and my teacher goes so fast and I can't catch him. Fortunately, I have you clips it is so helpful.. Actually, I am student from Laos and it is only me taking Spanish. Please spread out Spanish in Laos.
I bought the Rosetta Stone series on Latin America Spanish. According to the DVD's I'm supposed to immerse myself in the language and learn the way I learned English. I'm still having a huge difficulty with it. Your 'survival phrases' and this video on numbers has been immensely helpful. I'll listen and take notes on the rest of your videos. Thanks so very much. Your voice is so pleasant!! Thanks again.
@Foxracingx55 realmente no veo ninguna equivocacion en la ortografia, solo el "zero" que se escribe "cero" pero no hay otro error orotgrafico, si hay uno por favor dime y lo compruebo :D Really there is no wrong spelling, only de zero that must be cero, but there is no another error, if there is another one please let me know and i will check :3... By the way teacher, good pronunciation and excelent tutorial :D
PS: Jason, your pronunciation is great. Flawless erre. You might want to watch your "Oes" (O's): there's a slight tendency to make it a diphthong (as you would in English), so keep in mind this is a Pure Vowel. The lip rounding stays the same all throughout so as not to turn it into an "U" (Spanish U, that is)
as to Rocotet's comment, I should say that Spaniards are among the most merciless butchers of their own language. Ceceo (i.e., the dental fricative pronunciation of C's and Z's) might indeed be TRADITIONAL Spanish and helpful at the time of spelling, perhaps--if you learn the rules--but by no means is it Español "PURO"
I didn't know the stats as to what percentage of speakers use seseo (pronouncing S for C's, S's and Z's indistinctively), so that's pretty cool
Thank you so much for helping me for my spanish lessions I am taking spanish one this year and I needed help for the numbers and this helped me very much thank you.
Hola amigo!
Pregúntale a cualquier latinoamericano...
@hellomycating Yes asked him the same, as he said cinco how its spelt, instead of think-co how it's said, with a slight lisp.. th = c in main land spain.
Saludos, amigo.
I am so happy to see that you wrote the numbers correctly!
Some Spanish teachers in the USA teach "Veinte y uno" "Veinte y dos"...etc.
As a Spanish teacher, I try to correct these mistakes in the courses or books. I am using your videos to help my English speakers who are taking my Spanish class to practice. Great help =D Thanks!
Profesor this is WONDERFUL as a language developer I love sharing your videos with my students. The speed is great for new learners. Great tool to have for on-line teaching. Look forward to your other material.

The "C" of Cinco (5) or the "Z" of Diez (10) pronunciation is not S, is like "TH" in the english word: "teeth".
Anyway if you pronounce it S is not bad at all because in south america and mexico they speak like that.

Profesor this is WONDERFUL as a language developer I love sharing your videos with my students. The speed is great for new learners. Great tool to have for on-line teaching. Look forward to your other material.
