Does it allow the removal of the blades before baking. The bread holes are the reasons why I stopped making bread in a machine and started using the oven. I bought a kitchenaid mixer to make bread and it does a great job of blending. While I liked the ease of using a bread machine the rubbery crust if the bread wasn't removed promptly was my major complaint aside from the blade holes. But I have a non air conditioned kitchen so I miss my bread in the Summer and early Fall. I like this machine.
