about H's earpiece problem, i also notice that. but if you guys notice more carefully, u'll see that she always put her hand on her ear after she made a mistake in singing or she is singing kinda off tune and do that to focus more on the song. And also, maybe through times, it becomes her habit and she just put her hand on her ear. that doesn't mean she has diva attitude.

AGREED! Obviously coolgirl312 hates Ella. I know what 988girl feels. I've witnessed this member's fans that keep on condemning the other two. I'm hurt. The fans reflect their idols so do what is good. As I read bloggers' encounters, many are disappointed by the diva attitude of this member. For those who know a lot, You know who she is. So people, don't just judge a book by it's cover. Support your idol and the people whom they love without hurting anyone. You'll realize how angel Ella is.

Do you know guys that after Ella's advocacy in HIM site, fans rapidly gathered and donated money for children and even donated blood! & at some times, if not working, she's at charity? Do you also know that she even switch places or seat with S&H if they are uncomfortable? Those deeds didn't ever come from her mouth, but from blogs of people who witnessed and even from SH. She's really doing charities in her own w/o any publicity.
