One of the reasons why Securuty Gaurd Quality is so bad is because Security Companies are hiring and training low quality personnel.

Worst you got uniforms that don't fit. Then you're making your security guards stand 24 hrs a day. We need to give them a police/security podium or an electric car. For example you cannot monitor public areas using camera, only deemed when lawful because of crime. It's in the Security Guard. You can take the homeless out of the homeless shelter, but you can't take the homeless out of the homeless person. They belong working lazy jobs.

@MrGrim944 well that depends on the state youre in (some states restrict what caliber security can carry) and what company (your company may have guidelines) im a firearms instructor and work both the military and private sectors, send me a message with more info and ill do everything i can to help. good luck

@MrGrim944 If you know enough about weapons to know that you only like American made guns, why are you asking what's the appropriate handgun? Before you begin work as a security guard, I suggest you'd learn how to spell. Sig (made in Germany) & Glock (made in Austria).
