Also, the active component in all nuclear weapons is only obtainable through the process used in nuclear power plants. Weapons have always been the sole purpose of nuclear power plants, because it would be too expensive to create bombs without them. Take away nuclear power and bombs will be unusable in ~8 yrs. We have a lot here so we don't need to worry about these things as much really, but over there it is poor and it is easy for people take up extreme views and enforce them with violence. Thankfully we are not like that yet.
