Meh, I dunno. Master Chief sounds pretty old. I did some research... according to the first Halo book; Fall of Reach, MC was conscripted into the UNSC on September 24 2517 at the age of six.

He underwent the bio-augmentations in 2525 at the age of 14.

The first appearance of the MJOLNIR armor appeared in 2525 as well, the first game takes place in 2552 apparently, so that makes him...41.

At the end of H3 at the memorial service the date says March 4th 2553 so hes 42.
