at the greek seas you can see yachts from all over the world and not only greeks.

Common sense should have been used even if rules of the sea (law) weren't. - I would rather be cautious even though I have the right of way than have the right of way and get into a crash. Both here were losers and it makes little difference which one was "right" except for insurance purposes.

Translation, vessel with camera on it fucked up. size doesnt matter unless the larger vessel is constrained by draft or restricted in her ability to maneuver.
This is a simple matter of 1 or maybe 2 (can't tell if both ships were under way) not paying attention. If you are anchored you are at the mercy of any vessel that is moving. When you are in open water you tend to pay less attention but this is ridiculous.
