Have you tried Acne Free? They sell kits of it at CVS, Target and Walgreens. It's really good. Also Natures cure is good too. It works better if you drink tons of water because it does cleanse your system.

if all of that fails...try african black soap!! if you aint already have before, followed by aloe vera from the plant...you can buy a cheap plant and just sqeeze gel and apply, but african black soap is a must for scars and breakouts...truss me

Do you have any other suggestion on top of using the shammy to reduce pores? And exactly how do you use the Vita K? spot treatment or what? because I have dark spots all over my face and I tried ambi one time and it left light marks around the dark spots making them more obvious. Don't want to go through that again. So any tips will help.

To get rid of acne scars T highly Recommend using Loreal Adult Acne Peel. Green packaging check ebay. It clears acne scars and acne too but it's really for scars to be used twice a week. then on alternate days use murad. It's also a sacyilic acid treatment so make sure you keep your skin moisturized or you'll peel like me lol.

It sounds weird but ..you can save money by actually washing your skin with the cleanser (salicylic acid active ingredient) and then when you have a semi dry face, apply some cleanser to your face, avoiding the eye area and then dont wash it off. If your "gel" and your cleanser from murad have the same active ingredients:why do u need both? My cleanser just melts into my skin and disappears. Then I apply my benzoyl lotion and THEN a hydorquine from the drug store. My skin has never looked better
I get the hydroquinine from behind the pharmacist counter (I live in canada and its 17 canadian..so yours will cost prolly 13. Mine is a cream base and it includes spf 15 and it lasts forever. It's good for applying it to specific spots on my face. Its thick enough.)
When you run out of murad...consider trying this. It saves money and you can replace things as they run out. With murad you may have too much of one thing and not enough of the other.
I dont have time to go through the vid again...but if you didn't mention benzoyl peroxide: USE that! It's good. Use it in a lotion formulation after application of salicylic acid gel. I tried murad but it wasn't a strong enough solution. So I went to the drug store and I bought generic brands from different product lines (no name shit) with the same active ingredients BUT in higher concentrations. I use 5% benzoyl peroxide and 2% salicylic acid.
