These are the kinds of pilots that give a bad name to those of us flying the "little planes". This guy's "hey, look what I can get my rented plane to do!" attitude is completely irresponsible and unprofessional.

True, but it didn't look like the plane was really being pushed too far. Most light certified airplanes are rated for about 1.5 to 3 negative Gs (this maneuver) depending on how it's loaded. But yes, repeated stunts like this won't help prolong airframe life. It's the pilot I was mostly chastising for abuse of passengers... word of mouth is a killer to respectable pilots everywhere with the media's constant dramatizing of every little incident these days.
