First off, thank you for commenting! I really appreciate it! Second, I'm 24. I'm so jealous of the many young people that I find on Youtube...they have so much talent and so much time to really perfect it! I feel so old... x.x

I have been studying art for a long time, but I didn't really make art until I got into anime and manga. I started in about 2003. I don't often use art books. I just draw what I see from anime images and from reading manga. I guess the best tip I can give you is to explore different drawing mediums (pencil, ink, colored pencil, the computer) and watch some artists on Youtube to get inspired. It works for me!
